Mohamed has spent more than 23 years in the financial industry and covered the Middle East for more than a decade. His product coverage has ranged from Investment Banking, Asset Management, Brokerage, Derivatives and Credit & Rates. Mohamed worked for JP Morgan for 9 years on both the buy and sell side of their business and managed assets in excess of USD 1 Billion. Mohamed holds a BSc. From Imperial College at Wye, University of London

SYDNEY KOFILOTO - PRINCIPAL

Sydney holds a BA in Financial Services and has spent his professional life in financial services working with a number of high profile clients over the last 18 years. Sydney’s finance career began with Bordier & Cie, before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Portfolio Officer, HSBC Global Asset Management on their wholesale marketing platform and at Newton Investment Management. 

AAMIR QURAISHI - PRINCIPAL

Aamir has spent more than 20 years in Investment Banking with experience in Europe, Asia and Middle East; completed over US$20 billion in M&A, capital market transactions across a number of industry sectors globally. Aamir was a qualified Nominated Adviser for the purposes of  admissions to London’s AIM Market. Aamir began his career at PWC in  London. He graduated in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

GRAHAM BELL – JV PARTNER: SAUDI ARABIA

Graham possesses 35 years of corporate finance and management consultancy experience, during which time he has spent over 25 years in the Middle East (GCC) and has successfully introduced various investment opportunities with a focus on healthcare, clean tech, security and F&B, direct investments globally and locally, new technologies and innovative businesses. Graham has developed a superior network in the region based on his 25 years in the region, including senior government officials, Royal family members, top executives in the private sector and the heads of the major families in the region with a focus on Saudi Arabia.

CARL HALVERSON – MD: UNITED STATES, CANADA & MEXICO

A Swiss Hotel School, Business Graduate, Carl has spent the past 26 years in the International Hospitality & Entertainment Industry’s. He also specialized in sports deals and investment capital from multiple international sources. Carl worked with several large international hotel companies in Asia, Australia and USA in operations & development. Carl has the ability to bring them together with GCC ownership/ investment, therefore giving Carl, extensive range in his experience and local knowledge.

CHARLES KWEKU NKRUMAH – AFRICAN REGIONAL EXECUTIVE

Kweku Nkrumah’s area of specialization is Business Development and an outstanding marketer. Charles was previously a Director for a number of West African institutions/organizations: Africa Trust Net (Ghana), BFS-Ghana, UAC-Buea, Cameroon (ICT). Also part of the management team at Lotaluora Investment in Lagos and also currently a Director of Affairs with Chade Havilah, an advisory firm in Ghana. Charles has a great skill and experience in identifying good projects, mobilizing and executing them.

TOBIAS HUNDERTMARK – EUROPE REGIONAL EXECUTIVE

Over twenty five years of successful advisory experience in M&A and Corporate Finance bridging both strategic and financial opportunities in small, medium to large family owned companies. Strong experience in Europe (mainly German speaking and Italy), Eastern Europe and the Far East. Outstanding ability to combine advisory leadership. The companies have ranged from luxury to mainly industrial manufacturing companies in scope and in size from € 10 mn - € 350 mn in enterprise value.

YUSUF HAMZAH – GLOBAL STRATEGIST ASSOCIATE

Yusuf has a passion for enterprise. Yusuf founded a security company at 19; and later started his finance career in Equity Research and Equity Derivatives. Yusuf has a great skill and detail in Business & Finance and brings his enthusiasm to the GCC Team. He graduated with First Class with Honours at the University of London in Finance and is currently pursuing his CFA charter.
